The conference not only provided an opportunity to learn and share best practices but also strengthened the bonds between districts, locals, and members who are committed to making safety a top priority. With strong participation and active involvement, the sessions delivered practical tools and knowledge that attendees will carry back to their worksites.

Special highlights included insightful presentations, engaging workshops, and the chance to hear directly from subject matter experts. The energy, enthusiasm, and dedication shown by all 54 participants reflected the true spirit of the IAM and our shared commitment to safety.

In addition to the educational aspects, the conference also featured events that built camaraderie and gave members the chance to connect outside the classroom. The raffles, social gatherings, and shared experiences further demonstrated the value of coming together as one union family.

The JATSC Committee is proud to call this year’s conference a huge success and extends its gratitude to everyone who participated, presented, donated, and contributed to making the 2025 JATSC Conference one of the most impactful gatherings to date.
